The Bipolar Lock keeper

My name is Graham and I have a superpower called Bipolar Disorder (BD) Type 2.

I have returned to the North West (Todmorden, West Yorks) after 35 years down South.

I have bought a lovely house by The Rochdale Canal. Both the house and location have the WOW Factor. I live with my younger son (23).

This blog is about how I deal with the BD highs & lows given the stresses in my life.

Registered this domain when I moved in but haven’t as yet done anything with it.

Yesterday I registered a food business with Calderdale Council. Going to do Pop-up events using my garden.

This morning, I baked bread & brownies for first time in ages. Very pleased with the results. Spot on was verdict from workmen I have in!

    Where is the ‘scrumptious’ button??

    I cant have chocolate these days but that bread looks totally gorgeous – perfect for a lunch break with cheese, ham etc
