The Bipolar Lock keeper

My name is Graham and I have a superpower called Bipolar Disorder (BD) Type 2.

I have returned to the North West (Todmorden, West Yorks) after 35 years down South.

I have bought a lovely house by The Rochdale Canal. Both the house and location have the WOW Factor. I live with my younger son (23).

This blog is about how I deal with the BD highs & lows given the stresses in my life.

Mental Health Awareness

Mood: 6 (levelling off)

Sleep: 8 hours undisturbed using a Zopliacone tablet

So it is a week in UK and the whole month of May is observed by Mental Health America #gofigure

Movement is the Mental Health Foundation’s theme for 2024.

Not only have I moved to The North but there is plenty outdoors in Calderdale to enjoy including The Rochdale Canal.

Only scratched the surface. The Pennines still await! 😎

    I do think getting out into nature is the one thing almost everyone can do for free to support their mental health. Even the local park is better than the screen!
